Just a quick update! I’ve barely missed alcohol at all, in fact I daresay I wouldn’t have missed it in the slightest had my boyfriend and other housemate not been drinking port after dinner last night – a drink I very much enjoy, particularly on a cold evening. I resisted though, drank my hot chocolate and wasn’t too upset!
Weight-wise, I do appear to have lost a couple of lbs, but not very much, and the amount of excercise I had last week carrying heavy files all over the South East may have helped in that. I am however, feeling far more awake on Saturday mornings, and generally getting a lot more done at the weekends.
How are your transformation challenges and other personal development activities going?












Good on you for cutting back on alcohol. It’s always nice to detox your system for a bit. I havn’t lost any weight on the scale, but, I feel a million times better since running everyday. I died my hair red today, after being blonde my whole life (my god red hair is fun), and I dumped my loser swiss boyfriend. I’d say my transformation challenge is going pretty well so far
