As you may have guessed, lists are a big part of my life – I’m not sure I’d get through the day unscathed without my extensive to-do lists and checklists of reminders! I’ve been meaning to take part in the Day Zero Project for a long time and have recently found the time to write my list and post it in a tab at the top of the page.
My end date is Monday 9th July 2012 and I intend to periodically post updates on how I’m getting on, as well as checking off items on the list of course. If you’re taking part in this project too, show me your lists!

I’ve been thinking about this project so much lately, maybe this is a sign I need to get crackin’ on a list of my own!
Good luck.
I’ve been thinking about doing this too! I didn’t when I first found out about it but maybe I’ll start working on a list… I’ll let you know if I do =)
Now you tell me… should have started mine in 2008 so I can end on 10/10/10.
Hi! I’ve been a long time lurker but after being reminded of the 101 in 1001 thing on the list addicts blog I’ve decided to finally do it! Since you’re just starting out too I thought I’d let you know… it’d be nice to know of someone else doing it at the same time as I am. I made a blogspot blog specifically to come up with my list and track it. I haven’t written my list yet but I most likely will be referring back to yours as inspiration!
Thanks for reminding me of this project… I am FINALLY getting started with it.
How about taking part in National Novel Writing Month to fulfil your novel writing goal? You write around 1700 words every day in November to end up with a 50000 word novel at the end. I did it last year. It takes a bit of discipline but is doable (about a hour or so a day) and really teaches you just to get on with telling the story. The website is http://www.nanowromo.org
Yay, it’ll be awesome if lots of other people join in!
@ midorigreen – I’ve put NaNoWriMo as a separate goal as I’ll probably end up drafting a novel for it, then re-writing and editing it so that I really consider it finished to accomplish my full novel-writing goal, if that makes sense!
