I’m slightly late with this week’s TiLT due to a day full of baking, playing with my parents’ gorgeous new cat and generally getting ready for Xmas day tomorrow! There’s lots of catching up with family, drinking champagne, delicious food, gift-giving and parties to look forward to, but for now, here’s what I’ve loved about this week:
* Finally finding my “Xmas Spirit” * My new Slanket – a gift from the boy – it’ll keep me toasty warm whilst studying! * Xmas dinner with the housemates – delicious! * Managing to go Xmas shopping without impulse-buying things * Watching the snow * “Parties” at work, with lots of snack food * Receiving a small surprise bonus of shopping vouchers * Planning for a better 2010 * Writing resolutions * Rage Against The Machine getting Xmas Number 1 * Finishing my Xmas shopping without too much panicking * Oversized handbags * Packing early for once * The smiles on everyones’ faces as they finish work for the Xmas break *
